Effective Date: October 7, 2026
PART I — REGISTRATION, SCOPE, AND ENROLLMENT
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) establish the conditions under which Waste Conqueror LLC (“Company,” “Waste Conqueror,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential pet waste removal and yard maintenance services to customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By purchasing, scheduling, subscribing to, or receiving services from Waste Conqueror, you agree to be bound by these terms. Customers must be at least 18 years old and must own, occupy, manage, or otherwise possess legal authorization to permit service on the designated property. This Agreement, together with the digital checkout pricing, service descriptions, and subscription authorizations, constitutes the full binding service agreement between the parties.
2. Scope of Services & Package Inclusions
Waste Conqueror provides specialized residential outdoor maintenance services including, but not limited to:
• Weekly pet waste removal
• Biweekly pet waste removal
• One-time or seasonal pet waste cleanup
Services are limited strictly to accessible, ground-level outdoor areas designated by the Customer during enrollment. Our baseline operations do not include landscaping, weed extraction, lawn treatment, chemical fertilization, animal care, or general property maintenance.
Yard deodorizing and yard disinfecting are not currently offered. Waste Conqueror reserves the absolute right to decline or discontinue work outside its advertised services or capabilities.
PART II — FINANCES, AUTOMATIC RENEWALS, AND CANCELLATION
3. Pricing, Estimates, and Repricing Rights
Pricing is calculated based on the selected service plan frequency, property dimensions, number of dogs, yard visibility, and historical waste accumulation. The Customer must provide accurate information when requesting service.
Customer Misrepresentation and Service Repricing: Waste Conqueror LLC reserves the right to reassess and adjust service pricing when the actual number of animals, property dimensions, frequency of waste accumulation, or other material service conditions differ substantially from the information provided by the Customer during enrollment. Any proposed price increase resulting from such a reassessment will be disclosed to the Customer before implementation. The Customer may decline the revised pricing and cancel future service immediately without penalty.
4. Recurring Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal Disclosure
STATUTORY DISCLOSURE (Illinois Automatic Renewal Act Compliance):
• Continuous Nature of Service: By enrolling in a recurring subscription plan, the Customer authorizes Waste Conqueror LLC to charge their designated payment method automatically on a continuous basis.
• Billing Frequency and Amount: Charges occur in advance according to the precise price tier, schedule, and recurring frequency (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly cycles) displayed clearly at the point of digital checkout .
• Initial and Future Payments: Payment is required before service begins. Andrew confirms eligibility and applies the waiver before finalizing the initial invoice. Subsequent monthly service is payable in advance on the disclosed billing date until cancellation.
• Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions are cycle-by-cycle, with no minimum commitment or cancellation penalty. Monthly service is prepaid.
• Payment Processor: All digital financial transactions and subscription details are managed securely via Stripe . Field technicians do not accept, collect, or store physical credit cards.
GRAND OPENING — FIRST CLEANUP FREE FOR THE FIRST 20 QUALIFYING NEW WEEKLY-SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLED MONTHLY
Sign up for weekly service with automatic monthly billing and receive your initial cleanup free once Andrew confirms eligibility. This grand opening offer is limited to the first 20 qualifying new weekly-service subscriptions, billed monthly with yards up to 1/8 acre (0.125 acre), 1–2 dogs, and a thorough cleanup within the past month. Other yards receive a separate quote for approval. Regular weekly service is $85.25 per month for 1–2 dogs, billed monthly. The offer waives the initial cleanup fee; it does not provide a separate free week of recurring service or a fixed $65.25 first-month price. Andrew confirms the initial invoice, applicable promotion, and covered service dates before payment. The signup form may show an estimate before the waiver is applied.
Each month is paid upfront. Your first payment covers service from your confirmed start date through the end of that month and is prorated for that partial period. Paying this first invoice upfront qualifies for the initial cleanup fee waiver; a full calendar month is not required. Regular monthly service renews on the 1st and is paid upfront. Andrew confirms the first invoice amount and covered dates before payment. Request cancellation at least 5 days before your next billing date (the 1st of each month). If you start within 5 days of the 1st, your next renewal will still be charged. Sweep&Go emails Andrew your request to process and confirm. Requests received at least 5 days before renewal stop the next renewal; service continues through the paid billing period. The current paid month is not refunded solely because you cancel. There is no 30-day minimum commitment and no repayment of the waived initial cleanup fee. Monthly pricing is unchanged. Refunds or credits for company-cancelled or undelivered services and any nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected. This promotion does not change terms previously accepted by existing customers.
5. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments
Payment is strictly required in advance of service delivery. If an automated recurring charge via Stripe fails, Waste Conqueror will automatically pause future routing and suspend field operations at that property . The Company, through its authorized payment processor, may re-attempt the charge periodically in accordance with standard financial network rules. Service will resume seamlessly once payment is successfully processed. The Customer remains responsible for properly authorized charges for services already provided. No undisclosed late fees, hidden collection penalties, or administrative interest adjustments will be imposed.
6. Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy
• Cancellation Requests: Your first payment covers service from your confirmed start date through the end of that month and is prorated for that partial period. The waived $49.25 initial cleanup fee is not charged back.
• Alternative Methods: Customers may also request cancellation by calling our office directly at 618-999-9925 or emailing service@wccleans.com. A cancellation request does not require the Customer to speak with a retention representative or provide a structural reason .
• Refund Policy: For new prepaid weekly-service promotional signups from October 17, 2026, cancellation received at least 5 days before renewal in Section 6 stops the next renewal and service continues through the paid billing period. The current paid month is not refunded solely because the customer cancels. Refunds or credits for company-cancelled or undelivered services and nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected. Previously accepted refund terms continue to apply to existing customers.
PART III — PROPERTY OPERATIONS AND SITE SAFETY
7. Property Access Authorization
The Customer explicitly grants Waste Conqueror technicians and authorized field vehicles permission to enter designated outdoor service areas for the purpose of executing scheduled services. The Customer is not required to be physically present on the property during service windows.
The Customer agrees to maintain clear access to the yard, keeping all entry paths, alleys, and gates free of obstructions. This structural authorization does not permit entry into the residential home or any indoor private spaces. Waste Conqueror field personnel may document the physical state of access points, gates, and lawns using company-issued devices for quality control, routing verification, and safety logging.
8. Locked Gates and Customer-Caused Missed Visits
• Full Charge Applied: If a technician arrives at a scheduled property but cannot access the designated cleanup area due to a locked gate, blocked entryway, frozen latch, or generic customer-caused obstruction, the Customer will be charged the full amount for that scheduled visit . Route times and field labor are allocated rigidly in advance; therefore, missed services resulting from property inaccessibility cannot be credited or refunded .
• No-Return-Trip Policy: To preserve local route efficiency and keep consumer prices low, technicians are operationally restricted from doubling back or returning to a property later in the day once an accessibility failure has been logged .
• Accumulated Waste Handling: Any accumulated waste missed due to a customer-caused access issue will be collected on the next viable, paid scheduled visit .
9. Gate Photographs and Safety Protocols
• Verification Protocol: For the absolute security of your property and pets, our technicians follow a strict close-and-latch operational workflow . Upon exiting the yard, the technician will close the gate and physically verify that the primary latch mechanism securely engages .
• Observed Condition Logging: The technician will capture a digital photograph verifying that the gate latch is fully engaged . This photo confirmation is automatically uploaded to the company’s internal system as a record of the gate’s observed condition at that specific moment .
• Maintenance Notice: The Customer retains the primary ongoing duty to keep fences, latches, springs, and hinges structurally sound and working properly .
10. Yard Treatments
Waste Conqueror does not currently offer yard deodorizing or yard disinfecting treatments. Dog waste removal collects accessible, visible waste and does not sanitize the lawn or guarantee complete odor elimination.
11. Pet Safety and Dangerous Animal Restrictions
• Friendly Pets Welcome: We are an animal-centric organization. Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs are fully welcome to roam the yard while our technicians perform their duties .
• Anxious or Territorial Animals: If a dog displays territorial, anxious, or aggressive behaviors around strangers or equipment, the animal must be kept securely indoors during our service window .
• Immediate Retreat Rule: If a technician opens a gate or enters a yard and encounters an unsecured dog displaying aggressive warning indicators (e.g., growling, barking, baring teeth, charging, or lunging), the technician will immediately retreat to safety and abort the cleanup . The visit will be logged as a customer-caused skip, and full charges will apply .
12. Weather, Holidays, and Service Consolidation
• Standard Environmental Operations: We operate year-round in standard southern Illinois weather conditions, including rain, summer heat, and typical winter snow .
• Extreme Weather Suspensions: Field operations may be paused without advance notice during dangerous, severe atmospheric anomalies, including localized lightning storms, blizzards, black ice conditions, hazardous sub-zero wind chills, or official excessive heat advisories .
• Company Holidays: Waste Conqueror does not field technicians on major recognized holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) .
• Consolidation & Adjustments Policy: When extreme weather or a scheduled company holiday prevents service, Waste Conqueror may consolidate the missed cleanup with the next scheduled service visit . The recurring subscription price will remain unchanged when the accumulated waste is fully addressed during the subsequent visit, provided this arrangement was clearly disclosed during enrollment . If the accumulated waste cannot be collected due to prolonged environmental blocks or if service cannot reasonably resume, Waste Conqueror may provide an appropriate credit, rescheduling option, or prorated account refund .
PART IV — LIABILITY, BIOSECURITY, AND VENUE
13. Limitations of Liability, Property Wear, & Legal Rights
• Operational Wear vs. Property Damage: The Customer acknowledges that standard pet waste extraction requires technicians to walk properties with hand tools and roll collection bins across lawn surfaces . Waste Conqueror LLC is not financially liable for ordinary operational wear, minor cosmetic turf distress, routine soil compaction, or standard mechanical wear-and-tear on gates, latches, or fencing elements .
• Liability for Negligence: Waste Conqueror LLC accepts liability for actual property damage or pet escapes only to the extent that such damage or escape is proximately caused by the direct negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct of our technician during the performance of services . Our liability regarding gate safety is explicitly bound to our internal requirement to close the gate and document the latched state via photograph as defined in Section 9 .
• Landscaping Disclaimers: We are not liable for accidental contact with unmarked shallow utility lines, unburied cable lines, loose lawn fixtures, seasonal ornaments, invisible dog fencing wires, or exposed decorative landscaping roots . This agreement does not waive any nonwaivable consumer protection rights guaranteed under Illinois state law .
14. Visibility and Turf Constraints
• Hidden Debris: Technicians can only scoop what is visually identifiable. The Customer acknowledges that waste hidden beneath dense autumn leaves, un-mown tall grass, thick weeds, or fresh snow cover may be missed during standard operations .
• Turf Preservation: Technicians are operationally trained not to aggressively spade, gouge, or dig into sensitive grass surfaces or frozen soil to extract heavily embedded waste if doing so would cause visible lawn damage . Such waste will be left to loosen or thaw naturally and will be safely extracted on subsequent routine visits .
15. Biosecurity Equipment Standards
To maintain high biosecurity standards across regional communities, Waste Conqueror requires all field staff to clean and disinfect field tools and footwear . All collection scoops, bucket interiors, and boot soles are cleaned and disinfected using procedures consistent with the disinfectant manufacturer’s label requirements to target common environmental canine pathogens and reduce the risk of cross-contamination .
16. Governing Law and Venue Selection
• Illinois Choice of Law: This Agreement, its interpretation, operational enforcement, and any financial or civil disputes arising directly or indirectly from our field services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles .
• St. Clair County Court Venue: Subject to applicable law and any nonwaivable consumer rights, legal proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be brought solely in a court of competent jurisdiction located within St. Clair County, Illinois .
• Severability: If any particular section, clause, or phrasing of this Agreement is found by an Illinois court of competent jurisdiction to be legally invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed from the document . The remaining portions of the contract shall preserve their full validity, enforceability, and legal power .
INITIAL / SEASONAL CLEANUP QUOTE ADDENDUM
This document acts as a standalone agreement for customers ordering upfront deep cleanings, or can be emailed out to clients if Sweep&Go forces a global registration screen.
1. Property Assessment & Specific Scope of Work
This quote is generated based on the specific criteria provided by the Customer or observed during an initial site assessment:
• Estimated Waste Accumulation: [ ] 1–4 Weeks | [ ] 1–3 Months | [ ] 3+ Months / Seasonal Overhaul
• Scope: Technicians will perform a high-density, multi-pass sweeping of all accessible, ground-level outdoor zones to clear accumulated pet waste .
2. Revised Pricing & Pre-Disclosed Trip Fee Safeguards
• Pre-Service Estimate Variance: The Quoted Cleanup Price is a conditional estimate based on accurate customer disclosure . If our technician enters the yard and discovers substantially more accumulated pet waste, hidden debris, or undisclosed dogs than originally stated, Waste Conqueror LLC reserves the right to pause the job and depart the property .
• Mandatory Written Electronic Authorization: In the event of a work pause, our team will document the actual yard conditions with photographs and transmit a Revised Price Proposal to your contact info on file . To protect both parties, the Customer must provide explicit written electronic authorization (via text reply, email reply, or digital sign-off through the customer portal) accepting the revised price before the additional work can be performed .
• Trip Fee Safeguards & Disclosed Deadlines: A flat $25.00 trip fee will only be charged to your Stripe account if all of the following conditions are met :
1. The Customer explicitly accepted this fee structure during digital sign-off before dispatch .
2. The technician documented a substantial discrepancy between disclosed conditions and actual property conditions .
3. Management communicated a Revised Price Proposal detailing the discrepancy .
4. The Customer explicitly declines the revision, or fails to approve the revision within a 2-hour response window following delivery of the proposal by management .
• Departure and Rescheduling: The technician is not required to wait on-site for your response . If you approve the revised price within the 2-hour window, the completion of your job will be rescheduled subject to subsequent route availability . The trip fee will never apply if Waste Conqueror LLC unilaterally chooses to cancel a job it deems unprofitable despite accurate customer disclosures .
3. Master Terms Incorporation & Legal Notice
• Integration: This Addendum supplements the Master Terms of Service . Foundational protections—including Locked Gates and Customer-Caused Missed Visits, Pet Safety and Dangerous Animal Restrictions, Visibility and Turf Constraints, and St. Clair County Court Venue—apply entirely to this cleanup event .
• Illinois Statutory Compliance Notice: This Addendum governs a standalone, one-time service authorization and does not automatically enroll the customer in recurring billing . If the Customer subsequently subscribes to a weekly or biweekly maintenance plan, a separate recurring-payment consent meeting the requirements of the Illinois Automatic Contract Renewal Act must be executed .
